The
London Borough of Barking is situated to the North East of London
running along the north bank of the Thames. Currently a number of carfree developments are planned - all with the Barking Town Centre controlled parking zone;
Town Square Phase 1 and 2 and Axe Street, 600-800 units within the
Town Centre. The provision of car clubs for these sites is being investigated.
