The inner
London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham lies to the west and
incorporates some of the main routes out of London into the
busy Thames Valley corridor. It has a wide variety of housing,
much of it high density.
Currently there are a number of carfree developments in planning.
One of the first to be realised is at 392-398 Uxbridge Road W12 and is a large housing development. There are 45 residential units of which 34 are carfree. We hope to bring you pictures soon.
Another develpment features the redevelopment of a former public toilets at 219 Shepherd's Bush Road W6 7AT. A four-storey building with commercial at ground floor level and 7
residential units above. The residential units are required to be permit-free by S106 agreement.
