Westminster
as one of the Central London boroughs, has witnessed increasing
levels of congestion over recent years. Part of the borough
falls within the congestion charging zone and is expected to
report reduced traffic levels.
There have only been a few carfree developments
in Westminster and these are not particularly clearly defined. Change of emphasis regarding environmental policy on a national level my well mean that the ruling party in Westminster views future such developments in a more favorable light. We'll report any changes or new initiatives as they occur.

20-22 Chilworth Street, in close proximity to Paddington Station
and many bus routes. also in an area of scarce parking, this
is an ideal location for a carfree development. Comprises 9
self contained residential units.
25A Abercorn Place is in the Maida Vale area and also well served
by public transport.
